Elements

The culinary heart of our resort, Elements serves local and International flavours in an open-air space with a stunning crescent-shaped bar overlooking the beach.

Bluefin

Just a short stroll from the beach, Bluefin captures the easygoing nature of Barbados with fresh seafood selections, homemade burgers, salads, pizzas and more served on the terrace. Dry off and hide from the sun, or better yet, place an order from the comfort of your lounge chair with complimentary poolside service.  Open evenings for casual options including BBQs and our popular Asian and Indo-Chinese buffets.

Brisa

Sip on cocktails and get transported to a new and exciting experience while enjoying an evening of tapas as the Spanish do.  Open five nights a week and cooled by the ever-present island breeze and illuminated by the stars, enjoy the informality of the moment. So go ahead and order from the Selection Menu for everyone to taste and try as this relaxed, nautically themed rooftop lounge makes for an escape you’ll never want to leave.

Oasis

Serving fresh coffee, tipsy teas and creative cocktails alongside an assortment of delightful treats in the Grab N Go display.  Oasis is open until 11:00 pm for that special nightcap and is an ideal anytime retreat for early risers or night owls, while enjoying its beautiful ocean views.

Chefs Tea Time is every afternoon from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Oasis and our afternoon tea is a celebration of fine flavors, charming company, and impeccable service. Whether you seek a break from your beach day or wish to create memories with new friends, our afternoon tea is the perfect indulgence.

Oro

The resort’s ninth-floor Oro Restaurant quite literally takes your dining experience to new heights, offering an a la carte menu of modern European-meets-Caribbean fusion with stunning 260-degree views of the South Coast.  Oro Restaurant is air-conditioned, a rare find in Barbados, it is open five nights a week and is beautifully designed and opulently decorated, this is luxury dining to remember.

Sea Breeze Beach House

Guests staying in Luxury and Concierge Suites for four nights or longer can expand their palette further at Sea Breeze Beach House with access to another five dining experiences—each with their own unique twist on island cuisine.

Dress Codes

Daytime

Casual attire is appropriate throughout the day. Swimwear must be covered up and shoes, sandals or flip-flops are required in the lobby and our restaurants.

Evening (After 6.30pm)

SMART RESORT CASUAL (except for Oro Restaurant) For ladies, dresses, skirts, cotton or linen dress slacks or shorts, dressy blouses, heels, or sandals. Men’s clothing should include a shirt, polo-style shirt, long trousers/slacks/smart jeans or smart shorts, sandals, shoes, loafers or top-siders.

ELEGANT RESORT ATTIRE (Oro Restaurant)

The dress code at Oro is elegant resort attire. Gentlemen over 16 years of age are required to wear a shirt with long or short sleeves and a collar or a polo-style shirt, long pants/trousers, loafers or top-siders.  Sports jackets are optional.

Ladies are requested to dress to impress and wear dresses, skirts, dressy blouses & slacks with heels or evening sandals, and children should be dressed in smart attire.
