The Westin Sarasota makes it easy to stay in shape at the 24/7 WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio, with cardiovascular equipment, and free weights. Runners can stay active with three to five-mile RUNWESTIN running routes or join a group run (advanced notice/reservations for group runs). The rooftop pool is open daily for swimming or lounging, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
