Out and About
Dining
Even though you are on All Inclusive we highly recommend that you try some of the local dining experiences, whether it’s the Friday ‘Lime’ at Oistin’s, a cutter from Cuz or heading to the Gap for dinner, Barbados isn’t known as the culinary capital of the Caribbean for nothing.
Shopping
Whilst there are some cool, locally owned boutiques on the south coast we recommend heading into Bridgetown for the best shopping experience. Sheraton Mall is where the locals go, especially if you are looking for something specific.
Medical
If you need medical assistance, please contact the Guest Services or Front Desk team. Doctors are available on call, or Elcourt Clinic is five minutes away by taxi. There is a small pharmacy at the Clinic or two larger ones available in Massy Supermarket Oistin’s which is five minutes away by taxi.
Turtles
Our Resort is blessed with being home to a variety of Turtles. Breeding season is May – October and many visitors are lucky enough to experience a Turtle laying her eggs or seeing the babies hatching. Please note that our team are trained in how to handle these experiences so please be guided by them.
Religion
Many faiths are followed on the island with the primary religion being Christian. The closest church is St Dominics Catholic Church which is a short walk away or five minutes in a taxi. The local team can assist with information relating to service times or alternative faith services.
