Here are some handy tips and information to help improve your stay.

Arrival

Our official check in time is 4pm. Early resort access is available from 2pm. Arrival prior to this time may incur an early access fee.

We encourage our guests to attend a welcome get-together with our team the morning after your arrival at 10am so that we can provide information about the property, surrounding area and the island and how best to make the most of your stay.

If you would like to guarantee early access to your room, we recommend that you book the night prior to your arrival date.

Departure

Our official check out time is 11am. We cordially invite our guests to enjoy lunch prior to leaving the resort on their day of departure, but the room should be vacated at 11am. Late checkout from your rooms is available at a supplemental fee however, due to many UK flights arriving much earlier than their departures, this might not be possible. Please advise the desk that you are interested in this facility and check back on the day for confirmation if it is possible. We highly recommend that you book an extra night if you would like to secure your extended check out time.

For guests on the late evening and night flights, we offer complimentary access to drinks on the all-inclusive package till 6.30pm. Should you wish to dine or have an evening meal, there will be a supplemental charge.

When leaving your room please call the front desk for our bellman service to assist with your luggage.

Sun Lounger Etiquette

We ask our guests to be considerate to each other and not to reserve sunbeds. We kindly suggest that you don’t put your towel down at 6am and then arrive at midday. All towels or items unaccompanied for more than one hour will be collected and placed at the Pool and Beach Team station.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping service is conducted from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. For any replenishment needs or assistance with your room, please dial 0 at your convenience.

Sustainability

TOWELS - Please be kind to our planet and be conscious of your usage of room and beach towels. Please take note of the recommendations in your room regarding replacement.

BATHROOM AMENITIES - Your room is supplied with luxury bathroom products to be used during your stay with us. They are not to be removed from the room.

AIR CONDITIONING - Please keep doors and windows closed to enable the air conditioning to work most efficiently. Should the doors be left open whilst the A/C is on, condensation will build in the room creating unsafe water droplets or unpleasant odours.
