WHAT IS THE DRESS ATTIRE AT THE RESORT?

Resort and sports attire is appropriate throughout the day.  We request a cover-up and shoes (flip flops) in the Reception and Restaurant.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

We accept VISA, Mastercard and Amex for payment on your travel plan. The credit card will be charged according to the payment instructions on your reservation.

IS THERE AN ATM ON PROPERTY?

Unfortunately, we do not have an ATM located on property. However, the closest ATM is located in Quayside Center next door, which is a quick 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

Check-in at The Rockley is 4pm and Check-out is at 11 am.

Luggage and large items may be stored in our luggage room if you arrive prior to check-in.

Early Check Ins/Outs are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
