Here are some handy tips and information to help improve your stay.

Arrival

Our official check in time is 4:00pm however early resort access is available from 2:00pm, arrival prior to this time may incur an early access fee. If you would like to guarantee early access to your room, we recommend that you book an extra night prior to your arrival date.

We encourage our guests to attend a welcome get-together with our team the morning after your arrival at 10:00am so that we can provide information about the property, surrounding area and the island and how best to make the most of your stay.

Please note we use waterproof wrist bands as access keys to your room, please return them on departure to allow us to recycle them as part of our sustainability program.

Departure

Our official check out time of your room or suite is 11:00am. As we are a small property we are not usually able to offer a late check out due to incoming reservations. However, please do ask to see how you could be accommodated. There is a fee for this service.

Please advise the desk that you are interested in this facility and check back on the day for confirmation if it is possible, we highly recommend that you book an extra night if you would like to secure your extended check out time.

For guests on the late evening and night flights, we have a complimentary hospitality suite available so that you can maximize your last day. Please book a timeslot at reception prior to departure day.

When leaving your room please call the front desk by dialing “0” on your in-room phone if you require assistance with your luggage.

Beach Service

We are just 267 steps from the powdery white sands of Rockley Beach, where you can swim and snorkel in the warm Caribbean Sea. Most guests will enjoy complimentary beach towels, sun loungers and umbrellas during your stay, just ask reception. The seaside boardwalk runs from Rockley Beach for approximately 1 kilometre and it’s great for a sunrise jog or sunset stroll.

Sunlounger Etiquette

We ask our guests to be considerate to each other and not to reserve sunbeds. We kindly suggest that you don’t put your towel down at 6:00am and then arrive at midday. All towels or items unaccompanied for more than one hour will be collected and placed at reception.

Sustainability

TOWELS - Please be kind to our planet and be conscious of your usage of room and beach towels. Please take note of the recommendations in your room regarding replacement.

BATHROOM AMENITIES - Your room is supplied with luxury bathroom products in large refillable bottles to be used during your stay with us, they are not to be removed from the room.

AIR CONDITIONING - Please keep doors and windows closed to enable the air conditioning to work most efficiently. Should the doors be left open whilst the A/C is on condensation will build in the room creating unsafe water droplets or unpleasant odours.
